Helen is a writer, editor and multimedia journalist who contributes to magazines and newspapers around the world, specialising in health and wellbeing features, interviews, arts and lifestyle pieces.
Starting off as a researcher for The Sunday Times, Helen went on to work as features writer on Take a Break and deputy editor at AllAboutYou.com. Going freelance in 2006, she wrote for The Guardian, The Independent and The Daily Mail, as well as working as features editor on new launches for Tatler Asia and at Grazia India.
Following maternity cover contracts as as features editor on Top Sante, editor at SkyLiving.com and editor of The Book Show online, Helen joined Marie Claire as editor of marieclaire.co.uk in 2010. She was BSME-shortlisted in 2011 and 2012 before leaving to go freelance.
