I’m an award-winning journalist, editor and copywriter, having worked with a variety of consumer publications, charities and businesses since leaving my role as deputy editor on women's health magazine Top Sante.
Over the past decade I’ve written health and lifestyle features for You magazine (Mail on Sunday), the Daily Mirror, Daily Express, Daily Telegraph, Healthy, Bella, Woman’s Own, My Weekly Slimming World and NHS website MyHealthLondon. I completed a long-term contract as acting health editor at the Daily Mirror and went on to manage and edit Dr Miriam Stoppard’s Mirror health section and blog on a freelance basis from October 2008 to January 2011.
I regularly write and edit web copy, booklets and other material for PRs, marketing agencies, customer publishers and health charities including the Stroke Association, MS Society and British Heart Foundation.
