Linda More delivers practical experience of the IT industry and its technical and management challenges, after 20 years spent working with technology. A successful technical sales and marketing career was followed by a period of hands-on consultancy and technical interim management posts.
Now a communications specialist using her business and technology background, she has considerable experience in producing case studies, technical white papers, sales and marketing collateral, press releases, annual reports, brochures and house magazines as well as technology and business features for the trade press. Currently writing features for over 20 IT and business focussed publications including the Guardian, Computing, Mobile Business, ESN and IT Week.
Customers for consultancy services include Gillette, Sony, Unisys, Sun Microsystems, BT, Oracle, and HP. An MBA degree has furthered her knowledge in the areas of staff development, motivation, team building and training, with special reference to the impact on managers and their staff of flexible working practices.
In addition, Linda undertakes a limited amount of media training and advanced message development consultancy with companies who want to successfully communicate with the press and other audiences.
