My career history was media sales until I had my first child 10 years ago aged 26. Not wishing to return to sales, I instead offered PR assistance to a friends company. My first press release gained a great deal of attention and resulted in an incredible amount of coverage for the company in both national press and television. Upon receiving the press release, a regional lifestyle magazine contacted me saying that they loved my informal chatty style, and would I consider becoming a regular contributor to the magazine.
Since then I've had countless work published in regional press as well as national press such as '25 Beautiful Homes' and several 'Brides' publications. My work has also been read on auto cue on local news stations.

I don't claim to have a Bachelors Degree, a Masters, Distinction or PHD. What I do have is a natural ability to write informative, original articles on any subject in a style that is both witty and intelligent and always with a good dose of humour.
I believe the ingredient separating the ordinary form the extraordinary is the ability to take a subject, that many may consider a little dull, and present it in a way that grabs the attention, holding it in the literacy palm right to the last sentence.
I pride myself on being well researched with the ability to draw on life experiences to create a genuine, well respected piece of work. My work is always unique, never 're-hashed' and always with the aim of leaving the reader wanting more.
Writing is an art form, a talent that cannot be manufactured, only inherited.
