Dr. David Harrison is a freelance writer of articles, mainly concerning aspects of history, which have appeared in many worldwide magazines, such as 'Freemasonry Today', 'Paranormal Magazine', 'The Square' and 'MQ' in the UK, 'Knights Templar' magazine and 'Philalethes' in the USA, and 'New Dawn' Magazine in Australia. Harrison had his PhD published with the UK based Lewis Masonic entitled 'The Genesis of Freemasonry', and his follow up work 'The Transformation of Freemasonry' was published by Arima Publishing in both the UK and the USA.

Dr. David Harrison has written many articles and papers on the history of Freemasonry for a number of magazines and journals. His celebrated article on the Masonic rebellion in Liverpool recently appeared in Freemasonry Today: The Best of Ten Years Symbols and Mysteries. He has worked as a history lecturer for the past 15 years, appearing at numerous conferences, and he has researched the complex and hidden history of English Freemasonry for his PhD at the University of Liverpool, which was recently published as a book by Lewis Masonic titled 'The Genesis of Freemasonry'. Dr. Harrison has also recently appeared on various radio programs including the BBC and was a guest on the contraversial Gradiner's World which features on Sky TV, discussing the book. He has recently appeared on the Masonic chat show 'On the Level' with TV presenter Andrew Selwyn-Crome.
His second work 'The Transformation of Freemasonry' was published by Arima Publishing in both the UK and the USA.
