Rachael Anne Hill is one of the UK's leading and most sought after diet, nutrition and fitness experts. Previously the Curriculum Director for YMCA Fitness Industry Training, Britain’s largest fitness training organisation, she is uniquely placed as both a personal trainer/exercise instructor and a fully qualified and registered public health nutritionist to comment and write on all matters regarding weight loss, nutrition and fitness. Her infectious enthusiasm for 'gimmick free' healthy eating and active lifestyles has made her a regular on TV and radio programmes such as ITV’s 'This Morning', UK Living, BBC, Carlton and GMTV and secured her the position as one of the main expert health presenters on BBC1's prime time programme ‘Body Spies’, a twenty show series produced as part of the National Fighting Fit, Fighting Fat campaign.

Over the past ten years Rachael has held regular expert columns in some of the UK's top magazines such as Top Sante, Prima, Mother and Baby and Slimming Magazine. She contributes to a number of other publications, including the Daily Mail, the Daily Mirror, the Express, Health & Fitness, Sunday Times Style Magazine, Now, Celebrity Diet Now, Healthy and Zest Magazine and is also the accomplished author, of four healthy eating books, two for adults and two for children, including the international best selling "GI High Energy Cookbook". In addition to writing Rachael runs weight management courses and healthy eating and cooking courses (she is currently running a select programme of healthy eating and cooking courses held in her own farmhouse kitchen) and hosts talks, seminars and workshops on fitness and healthy living at various health and fitness venues across the UK such as the Vitality Show, Olympia, Ragdale Hall Health and Hydro Spa and the Tatton Park Food and Drink Festival.

Rachael regularly works with both public and private sector organisations helping them to develop effective healthy workplace interventions and most recently helped design and implement a ground breaking corporate health initiative for a number of public sector organisations in the North West of England.
