I am an allergy-free epicurean and an enthusiastic communicator on food, wine and travel. Contributions include: The Guardian, Delicious, Foodepedia, Fiona Beckett's Matching Food and Wine, The London Word and the Southwark News.
As well as journalism, I am involved in Sagitter 1, a gastronomically inclined consultancy firm supported by the Italian Chamber of Commerce. In addition, I work with cooking Contessa, Enrica Rocca, importers Oenotek and international events firms, Cellar Society and the Wine Adventure. This year I judged at the Great Taste Awards.
Before pursuing food writing - taking pleasure seriously - I produced/directed programmes for the BBC through Tall Cat Films. Being trained in wine I have presented several live tastings on BBC radio.
