Helen Whitten has published 5 books and written many articles on the subject of personal and professional development, for adults, for young people and also for and about the ageing population including the Baby Boomers. She works as a Cognitive-Behavioural Coach helping individuals and teams to develop thinking and behavioural strategies to make the most of themselves, their health, their work and their lives. Helen has run her own company Positiveworks and been Deputy-Chair of the Work-Life Balance Trust. Her clients are blue chip companies in a variety of sectors in the UK and worldwide, also public sector institutions including the NHS.
