As a freelance journalist specialising in media and marketing, new-media and general business I've written for titles including The Guardian, New Media Age, Marketing, Marketing Week, Revolution, Mad.co.uk, Streamingmedia.com, New Media Investor, Internet Business, Human Resources and Workthing.com. I've also written features on behalf of Appelberg Publishing for a range of corporate customer and in-house magazines. Previously I was deputy editor of the media and marketing channel at netimperative.com, an internet industry news site, for a year, and a commissioning editor at FT Business for three years. I've also written and edited copy for government departments during a stint at the Central Office of Information, the government's communications agency.
