I spent 13 years on the Sunday Express as a feature writer, editor, radio critic, arts correspondent and opinion columnist before retraining as a chef. I have a diploma from Leiths School Of Food And Wine

I spent 13 years on the Sunday Express as a feature writer, editor, radio critic, arts correspondent and opinion columnist before retraining as a chef. I have a diploma from Leiths School Of Food And Wine as well as a Leven 3 Certificate from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust have worked in restaurants and as a private caterer.

I am available to write food and drink-based features or for recipe development, tasting and styling. My recipes have been published in S Magazine and I've written freelance features for the Guardian, Telegraph and MailOnline.
