I am a respected IT, telecoms and general business journalist with 26 years' experience, gained originally under my previous name, Sue Norris. I went freelance in 2001, after a decade of London-based IT journalism, including editing The VAR/Channel 2000 magazine at Dennis Publishing and then Reed Business Information.
I write or have written regularly for publications including The Guardian's Small Business Network and Public Sector Network, The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Telegraph, Marketing Week, B2B Marketing, Computer Weekly, Microscope, Cloud Pro, European Communications, Global Telecoms Business, Capacity magazine and a wide range of other IT, telecoms and general business titles.
