I’m an award-winning health and lifestyle journalist, editor and copywriter, and have worked with a wide variety of consumer publications, charities, health brands and agencies.

I completed a long-term contract as acting health editor at the Daily Mirror and went on to manage and edit Dr Miriam Stoppard’s Mirror health section and blog on a freelance basis from October 2008 to January 2011.
I regularly write and edit web copy, booklets and other material for PRs, marketing agencies, customer publishers and health charities including the Stroke Association, MS Society, British Heart Foundation and Asthma UK.
