My first journo job post-university was at former men's magazine GEAR, followed by the teen web site ALLOY.COM and SEVENTEEN.COM, where I penned tween horoscopes and launched applications like the "Meal Maker." After crunching uniques and toiling with custom content management systems for nearly four years, I returned to print to work as a features editor at the NEW YORK POST where I brainstormed catchy headlines like "Trends With Benefits" and "Grill Gone Wild!" for nearly seven years. I simultaneously took on the number two role at the paper's quarterly glossy PAGE SIX MAGAZINE, for which I edited well and cover stories on the likes of Mad Men‘s Elisabeth Moss, fashionable footballer Victor Cruz and Lil Lohan, Aliana.
In the winter of 2013, I moved to London to temporarily work at the UK’s most-read glossy FABULOUS, which comes out in the Sun on Sunday. There, I top-edited all lifestyle pages, including beauty, fashion, travel and relationships; was also instrumental in the magazine's redesign and served as a watchdog for the Web site.
In spring of 2013, I decided to go freelance, focusing on travel and lifestyle writing, while also concentrating on the blog I launched in London called NEWS GIRL ABOUT TOWNS, which maintains a loyal following to this day.
