|Full name||Sarah Pennells|
I am a freelance personal finance journalist and broadcaster and I'm the founder of the UK's leading money website for women: SavvyWoman.co.uk. I also present four personal finance programmes every Saturday for Share Radio (Young Money, Women & Money, Your Money, Your Future and Ask Sarah). I have extensive experience of live TV and radio, as well as print and web. I am equally at home writing a 40,000 word book as a 500 word web article. I specialise in women's finance and money and relationships (I've written a book on the subject). I also cover green and ethical money and investment (which I've also written a book about).

I have worked as a freelance personal finance journalist and broadcaster since 1999 and started working as a personal finance journalist in 1993. I regularly appear in print, on radio and on TV and am best known for my finance website for women, SavvyWoman.co.uk. I've written four personal finance books. Before going freelance I was a producer and reporter on BBC Radio 4's Moneybox programme for several years.
