David J Bentley is an air transport researcher, analyst, consultant, writer and media commentator based in Oldham, Greater Manchester, UK and a graduate of Cranfield University’s Department of Air Transport.
Since 2000 David Bentley has written 17 management reports on the subject of airport financing. Reports on the subject have been self-published and also published by Euromoney Publications (London UK) and CAPA - Centre for Aviation (Sydney, Australia) and collectively have been purchased in over 100 countries.
