A dedicated classic vehicle enthusiast with a particular interest in the motorhomes and camper vans of a bygone era. Began his love affair with camper vans/motorhomes in the 1960s. Regarded as a top UK motorhome historian, he has written many magazine features on the subject and three books to date; Classic Camper Vans- the inside story, Bedford Motorhomes & Camper Vans, Dormobile Motorhomes & Camper Vans. Martin is also the author of 'Worcestershire's Motoring Heritage', the 2014 paperback.
As an experienced landscape gardener he has also contributed copy on this subject to numerous magazines, and is able to supply both copy and pictures relating to gardening/horticulture.
